AGM 2026

The Annual General Meeting of Alliance Française Central Queensland will be held on Thursday 26 November 2026.

Members are invited to attend either in person or online to review the activities, achievements and financial performance of AFCQ over the past year, participate in the election of the Management Committee, and help shape the future direction of the organisation.

The meeting will be conducted in a hybrid format, enabling members from across Central Queensland to participate. In-person attendance will be at St Ursula's College, Yeppoon, with an online attendance option also available.

A dedicated AGM information page contains meeting details, committee nomination information, AGM documentation and proxy forms. Members are encouraged to review AGM documentation prior to attending the meeting. To allow sufficient time for discussion and decision-making, reports may be taken as read unless questions are raised by members.

We particularly encourage members from Gladstone and Mackay to consider nominating for the Committee. As AFCQ continues to grow across the region, broader regional representation will help us expand cultural activities, strengthen local connections, and ensure the interests of members across Central Queensland are reflected in future planning and decision-making.
