The annual general meeting of Central Queensland Alliance Française (Rockhampton and District) Inc. will be held on:
Date: Thursday 26 November, 2026
Time: 8:00 pm
Venue: Block I, St Ursula's College, Yeppoon
Entry: Members attending in person should enter via the John St car park entrance. Please follow the blue line
indicated on the location map.
Online Attendance: Members may also attend online. Online meeting link will be provided prior to the meeting.
The AGM is an opportunity for members to review the activities, achievements and financial performance of AFCQ over the past year, participate in the election of the Management Committee, and help shape the future direction of the organisation.
AGM documents
Members are encouraged to review all AGM documentation prior to attending the meeting. To allow
sufficient time for discussion and decision-making, reports may be taken as read unless questions are raised by members.
Some AGM documents are still being prepared and will be added to this page in the lead up to the AGM as they become available. All documents will be available by 12 November.

In accordance with the Constitution, all Committee positions become vacant at the AGM and are open for nomination.
We invite interested members to seek nomination for the following positions:
- President
- Secretary
- Treasurer
- General Committee members
Alliance Française Central Queensland continues to grow across the region, with members, classes and activities now extending beyond Rockhampton and Yeppoon. We particularly encourage members from Gladstone and Mackay to consider nominating for the Committee. Broader regional representation will help us expand cultural activities, strengthen local connections, and ensure the needs and interests of members across Central Queensland are reflected in our planning and decision-making.

The list of eligible nominees will be published on 19 November 2026.
