La Chandeleur

Crêpes, culture, and a dash of French fun — La Chandeleur is coming to Alliance Française on 31 January, and you’re invited* to flip, taste, and celebrate with us. Instead of our usual Yeppoon Conversation Group, we’re gathering for a fun and delicious Chandeleur celebration.
Join us at 1.30pm for a sweet start to the year — à vos crêpes and see you there!
*This event is held at a private residence and is for members only. Invitations will be emailed.
French Film Festival

Our 17th French Film Festival returns to Rockhampton and Yeppoon, celebrating the very best of French cinema. Join us for a vibrant weekend of film, culture and a touch of France right here in Central Queensland.
Experience the charm and storytelling of French cinema on the big screen. All films are subtitled in English.

French Singing Workshop

Warm up your vocal cords! Our June workshop will be a joyful dive into French songs, perfect for all levels. The team is currently finalising the venue and curating a vibrant selection of tunes. And yes, French pronunciation support is absolutely part of the fun!
